3. Employment & At-Will Disclaimer

Pay rates, routes, and schedules described on this site are estimates and may vary based on location, season, and operational requirements.
4. Background Check Authorization
As part of the conditional hiring process, candidates authorize Catbyrd Seat Logistics and its designated agents to conduct a background check. This may include:
- Motor vehicle / driving record review (MVR)
- Criminal history search (federal, state, and county)
- Identity verification
- Employment history verification
Background checks are conducted in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. and applicable state laws. Candidates will receive a separate written disclosure and authorization form prior to any consumer report being obtained.
If an adverse hiring decision is made based on a background report, the applicant will receive a pre-adverse action notice, a copy of the report, and a summary of their FCRA rights before any final decision is made.
